reflective detailing

I have been sourcing interesting glass and mirror and thought you may be interested in this selection from Grand Illusions and Graham & Green. The reflective detailing would be particularly perfect on your table for a winter wedding, place tea lights on the venetian mirror coasters and have delicately scented candles to fragrance the room.

love love lovely.....

Utterly Sexy Cafe

Can you afford to not have these???????? The Utterly Sexy Cafe

LaLaLaurie

Just made a cup of Lady Grey and enjoyed another little snap shot of browsing on the web between orders. We have always adored the idea of vintage themed weddings and we are finding, this year, that brides are becoming more confident with their selection of colours and trying something new. Soooo we thought this lovely set of images from LaLaLaurie would be a good starting point to warm a winters wedding with Orange Creme and Turquoise (and tones inbetween!). These tables have been styled by 'handcrafter' Laurie Cinotto, she has a little shop at Etsy where you can buy her paper flower corsages - great for your guests to take as keepsakes. Also a great inspiration for your reception tables, start early to source perfect vintage finds, collect interesting papers, fabrics, crochery, vases.................... the colour palette you choose we can recreate to work with the styling of your day.

Finally!, I have started to create a little time to indulge and have a browse through my favourite sites and wanted to share these wonderful tin birds with you from RE. I love the tones of pistachio, blush pinks, soft duck egg blue and the contrast of antiqued cream and charcoal- perfect if you are working with the style of an 'english country garden'. To keep with the bird theme are these delicately pierced hearts which would be great as decorational pieces. And finally, metal hearts, you could simply use your initials on each table or create and display a special message for your guests as they enter the venue.
